Frequently Asked Questions
What is check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time begins at 3 pm, and check-out is latest by 12 pm.
For early check-ins, kindly check with us on your check in morning, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Similarly, if you require a late check-out, please inform us ahead of time.
Please be aware that while we strive to fulfill all requests, we may not always be able to accommodate them. There could also be a surcharge.
Do you provide daily cleaning?
Cleaning services are included upon check-out. However, if you require additional cleaning during your stay, please don’t hesitate to inform us, and we can arrange it for a nominal fee.
Is there a private swimming pool?
We don’t have a private pool, but there’s a shared heated pool located at Tower 7, Level 7, accessible to all guests. Additionally, there’s a children’s pool available for your convenience.
Is there free parking?
Parking is free when you receive your keys and parking card. However, if you enter the car park without the parking card, there’s a charge of RM7 for the first 5 hours.
Parking is free ONLY for units which have a free parking access card. Â
